Gyani Richards founded The Richards Group in 1998. Previously, he spent over 20 years in sales, marketing, and consulting in the real estate, advertising, and technology industries. He has a B.A. degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from J.F.K. University. He is a long time student of martial arts, personal development, and interpersonal communication – three areas of his life that shape and inform his approach to executive recruiting. Offline, his passions include The Great Outdoors (fishing, hiking, camping, mountain biking, skiing, and tennis), travel, writing, wine, and spending time with his wife and teenage son.
