Let’s face it, hiring is no walk in the park. Finding the right candidate at the right time is a challenge, and not a task that is typically filled with fun and creativity. You don’t wake up declaring, “I can’t wait to get to the office to spend my day searching for those elusive top-producing sales stars.” In fact, the hiring process is generally tedious and very time-consuming – time that you most likely don’t have. That’s where we come in.

We define successful recruiting as a collaborative effort between ourselves and you, the client. The success of this relationship is strongly driven by clearly defined objectives and the shared commitment to clear and timely communication. Our primary job is to identify interested A-player candidates who fit the hiring profile AND who are open to potentially making a move for the right opportunity. Here, timing is everything. When we are crystal clear about who and what you’re looking for, we get busy. Once we identify qualified candidates, we rigorously assess their background, experience, and career goals relative to the profile. If – and only if – their qualifications match or exceed that description, we make an introduction and arrange an interview.

Sometimes these individuals are already a part of our seasoned network and are actively looking for a new opportunity. But more often than not, they’re a successful top-producer in their current position and happily flying under the radar – more focused on hitting accelerators than looking for a new job. We realize there are lots of resumes on the street these days, but that’s not the primary issue. The challenge is in quickly finding those great needles in the haystack, those over-achievers whose resumes you won’t find on job boards. We find those people by making lots of laser-focused phone calls, by reaching deep and wide into our mature rolodex of talent, and by using the unique blend of recruiting art and science that’s made us successful since 1998.
